The Royal Oasis HTX Rules & Regulations
Welcome to The Royal Oasis HTX, where it’s Always a Vibe! To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and
respectful experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review and follow the rules below. Failure
to comply may result in early termination of your booking or additional fees.
GENERAL RULES
1. No lifeguard on duty – swim at your own risk. All guests assume full responsibility for safety.
2. Children under 16 must be always supervised by an adult.
3. Maximum guest count must be respected as agreed upon in the rental contract.
4. No glass containers near pool or hot tub area – broken glass in the pool will result in a $300+cleaning fee.
5. No smoking near the pool or seating areas. A designated area may be provided.
6. No pets are allowed unless previously approved in writing.
POOL & WATER GUIDELINES
1. No diving, running, or horseplay.
2. Absolutely no hairpins, bobby pins, or metal accessories in the pool.
3. No confetti, confetti balloons, or water balloons.
4. Guests must rinse off oils/lotions before entering the pool.
5. Do not sit or stand on pool ledges, fountains, or equipment.
DECORATIONS & ACTIVITIES
1. All decorations must be approved prior to the event.
2. No tape, nails, or adhesives on any painted surfaces or furniture.
3. No bounce houses or large inflatables without written approval.
4. No amplified music or DJs unless pre-approved.
FOOD, DRINK & ALCOHOL
1. BYOB is allowed for guests 21+ only.
2. No grilling or open flames unless arranged through our team.
3. Please use trash bins provided.
BOOKING & TIME MANAGEMENT
1. All setup and cleanup must occur within your rental time window.
2. Do not enter the premises before your booked time unless approved.
3. The renter is responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning.
HOLIDAY RATES & SPECIAL DATES
Holiday Rates May Apply on the following dates/weekends:
Holidays seen as: Easter, Cinco de Mayo, Memorial Day/ weekend, Mother’s/Father’s Day, 4th of
July/weekend, Labor Day/weekend. Thanksgiving/ weekend, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day
Holiday bookings may not be refunded $$ if canceled less than 14 days of reservation.
